All About Parking Lots founder Patrick Mattingley has been in the asphalt and concrete business for over 12 years.

 

"Originally I started off in commercial asphalt sales and estimating after resigning from my corporate sales job of over 7 years. I hung up my suit and tie and never looked back! Eventually I transitioned into residential driveway sales and estimating while also continuing with parking lot maintenance services along the way. When I first started, It amazed me at how much dishonestly there was in the industry by unethical contractors. I met many contractors who were taking advantage of their clients by selling them sub-standard and poor quality maintenance services and making a fortune doing it. It was very frustrating to me to see people get taken such advantage of.

 

I quickly became the number one sales estimator in my company. I realized that when I took the time to educate my customers about maintenance services, empowering them to make a confident decision.... my sales skyrocketed. It wasn't long after that I designed a brochure specifically for commercial property owners and managers and the company I worked for... their sales increased 10 fold since then and they now generate millions of dollars a year in sales.
